Job summary

Gender seeks an IT project coordination professional to support implementation, configuration, testing, and integration of technology solutions. You will liaise with project teams, developers, vendors, and business users to ensure requirements are met and systems operate smoothly.

Responsibilities include coordinating VPN, network, server, and security activities; leading meetings; and assisting in incident management, documentation, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is required.
• 0–3 years of IT, software development, or system support experience.
• Fundamental understanding of software development and system implementation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, configuration, testing, integration, and maintenance of technology solutions.
• Coordinate with internal servers, network teams and assist in VPN and security coordination.
• Act as liaison between business users, vendors, and IT teams to ensure project delivery.
• Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and change activities.
• Review documentation, validate configurations, and support deployment of applications.
