Job summary

Snoonu is Qatar’s homegrown Super App, reinventing daily life with blazing-fast delivery and more—now expanding supply coordination within the fleet department in Muscat. You will manage vehicle supplies, spare parts, documentation, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth operations and timely resource delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in logistics and 2–3 years in supply or logistics coordination, with strong knowledge of fleet operations and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply or logistics coordination, preferably in fleet or transport.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, maintenance, and supply procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor driver behavior compliance with SOPs, quality standards, conduct, uniform, hygiene, and delivery instructions.
• Coordinate supply and distribution of fleet-related materials, including spare uniforms and accessories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability for operational needs.
• Ensure recovery and proper return of all company merchandise from 3PLs, including tracking and escalation for non-compliance.
• Conduct training and refresher sessions for drivers on behavior standards, application usage, and policy updates.
• Collaborate with teams (BI, Customer Support, Vendor Ops, Marketing) to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Prepare and share regular operational reports on compliance, incidents, and key issues with stakeholders.]

Job description

The Supply Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all supply-related operations within the fleet department. This role ensures efficient management of vehicle supplies, spare parts, documentation, and vendor coordination to maintain smooth daily operations and timely delivery of resources.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Monitor and enforce driver behavior compliance with company SOPs, including quality standards, conduct, uniform, hygiene, and delivery instructions.
• Coordinate the supply and distribution of fleet-related materials, including spare uniforms, and accessories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability for operational needs.
• Ensure recovery and proper return of all company merchandise from 3PLs, including tracking, follow-ups, and escalation in case of non-compliance.
• Conduct training and refresher sessions for drivers on behavior standards, application usage, and policy updates to ensure consistent compliance and performance.
• Collaborate with other teams (BI, Customer Support, Vendor Ops, Marketing, etc) to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery.
• Prepare and share regular operational reports on compliance, incidents, and key issues with relevant stakeholders.
