You will own standards for resource planning, initiative prioritization, and governance across transformation workstreams.

The role requires leadership of cross-functional teams, governance excellence, and delivering measurable value through analytics and framework development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Economics.
• 10-12 years of experience in transformation management, performance improvement, or strategic project leadership.
• Strong understanding of value realization and performance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation governance and priority management.
• Own governance delivery and ensure sponsors and core teams meet performance standards.
• Lead performance analytics, value realization and strategic recommendations.
