Job summary

OQ seeks an experienced Transformation leader to drive improvement initiatives across the organization in line with RPI strategic objectives. You will own standards and governance for initiative management, work with senior leadership, and ensure value realization across the transformation program.

You will lead performance analytics, develop governance templates, and mentor analysts. Strong English skills are required; Arabic is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Economics is required.
• 10–12 years of experience in transformation management, performance improvement, or strategic project leadership is expected.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the Improvement Management process aligned with strategic objectives.
• Act as governance lead for strategic priorities and ensure value realization and reporting.
