Qualifications

10+ years in procurement, supplier management, contract or category management.
Experience managing post-award supplier performance and contractual obligations.
Bachelor degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business or Law.
Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, capital projects environments.

Responsibilities

Establish supplier relationship management processes for awarded MPA suppliers.
Monitor supplier KPIs, service levels, capacity commitments, delivery performance and issue logs.
Coordinate call-off administration with procurement, development, projects and suppliers.
Lead regular supplier performance reviews and improvement actions.
Resolve commercial, operational and relationship issues.
Maintain supplier development plans, lessons learned and performance scorecards.
