Job summary

Dyna.Ai is seeking a proactive Sales Operations Manager to lead market insights, revenue forecasting, and tiered account strategies. You will own end-to-end lead-to-cash processes and drive cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree, has experience in sales management or operations, and demonstrates strong communication and analytical skills in English. Overseas study/work is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience in sales management or sales operations with strong market acumen.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and learning agility; able to work under pressure.
• English fluency required; overseas study/work a plus.

Responsibilities

• Market Insight: Analyze market trends, customer pain points, and competitive intelligence to identify incremental revenue opportunities and develop sales strategies.
• Revenue Target Management: Manage the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash process, including opportunity management and progression, revenue forecasting, gap analysis, and opportunity identification to close gaps and achieve targets.
• Customer Tiering: Segment customers and develop differentiated strategies by tier. Focus on key accounts through detailed account plans and expansion strategies, ensuring key actions are executed effectively.
• Sales Enablement: Develop sales playbooks and one-pagers, compile success stories, formulate project strategies, and deliver training.
• Bidding & Tend ers: Lead bidding activities, including pre-bid guidance, tender document preparation, and quotation analysis.
• Contract Management: Review contracts and optimize commercial terms.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Drive process and system improvements and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient business execution.
• Other duties as assigned.
