You will oversee budgeting, CAPEX, WIP, capitalization, and cost analysis, while ensuring IFRS compliance and robust controls. Strong English, leadership, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of finance/accounting experience with project accounting focus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualifications such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Experience with CAPEX, WIP, capitalization, and project costing.
• Experience leading accounting or finance teams.
• Strong IFRS knowledge, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills; strong English.

Responsibilities

• Lead project accounting and cost management across multiple projects.
• Oversee project costing, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Manage CAPEX, WIP, asset capitalization, and project expenditure.
• Conduct financial feasibility assessments and cost estimates.
• Monitor project financial performance and provide management insights.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and uphold accounting policies.
• Lead and develop the Project & Cost Accounting team.
