Qualifications

• 8+ years of finance/accounting experience with project accounting focus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualifications such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Experience with CAPEX, WIP, capitalization, and project costing.
• Experience leading accounting or finance teams.
• Strong IFRS knowledge, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills; strong English.

Department: Finance – Financial Control

We are seeking an experienced Project & Cost Accounting Manager to lead project accounting, cost management, and financial oversight across multiple projects and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project accounting and cost management activities across multiple projects.
• Oversee project costing, cost allocation, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Manage CAPEX, Work-in-Progress (WIP), asset capitalization, and project expenditure.
• Conduct financial feasibility assessments, cost estimates, and financial analysis.
• Monitor project financial performance, identify cost risks, and provide management insights.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, financial controls, and accounting policies.
• Lead and develop the Project & Cost Accounting team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant Finance / Accounting experience, with strong expertise in Project & Cost Accounting.
• Professional qualification such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in CAPEX, WIP, capitalization, project costing, and financial feasibility.
• Experience managing accounting or finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.

• Strong English proficiency.
