Job summary

Confidential in Riyadh is seeking a Senior General Ledger & Reporting Accountant to oversee general ledger activities, ensure accurate IFRS reporting, and support audits to regulatory standards.

You will manage monthly closes, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and liaise with Tax, FP&A and external auditors to deliver timely, compliant financial statements. Requires 5–7 years in accounting, ERP (Dynamics 365), and advanced Excel; English fluency essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of accounting and financial reporting experience, IFRS exposure.
• ERP systems experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, with advanced Excel skills.
• Full fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Record and review journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and reclassifications.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Manage monthly close activities and coordinate with FP&A, A/P, and A/R teams.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and management reports with accuracy.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure IFRS compliance and documentation.
• Support VAT and regulatory reporting with the tax team.
