Job summary

Worley seeks an experienced Project Controls Lead to guide cost, schedule and performance reporting across major EPC projects in Oman. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, deliver consolidated insights, and ensure consistent client-facing deliverables.

The role requires strong leadership under pressure, stakeholder management, and a proven track record in integrated reporting and process improvement within large capital programs.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years’ experience in EPC/EPCm environments.
• Experience leading project controls, cost, or planning teams.
• Strong background in cost management and planning.
• Experience with integrated cost, schedule, and performance reporting.
• Client-facing stakeholder management in major projects.
• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Controls, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project controls teams on a day-to-day basis.
• Drive integration of cost, schedule, and progress data.
• Consolidate complex information into clear, decision-ready insights for management.
• Ensure all reporting is consistent, accurate, and aligned across projects.
• Establish and enforce structured workflows to improve efficiency.
• Act as the key interface across disciplines and with the client.
• Identify issues early, take ownership, and drive resolution.
• Operate under pressure to deliver high-quality outputs on tight deadlines.
• Improve processes and ways of working in a practical manner.
• Bring together fragmented teams into a cohesive, aligned function.
