Job summary

ACWA China is seeking a Senior Manager in Business Integration to drive disciplined execution of portfolio priorities within the KSA portfolio. You will lead governance, prepare executive materials, and coordinate cross‑functional activities to ensure timely actions and decisions.

You will consolidate inputs from assets and corporate functions, develop dashboards, and support executive committees and lenders with board‑quality materials. Strong presentation and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering, finance, or related field preferred.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, or PMO roles.
• Experience in senior management environments and multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Strong executive communication and data synthesis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership governance and PMO activities, including meeting agendas, material consolidation, minutes, action trackers, and owner assignments.
• Prepare executive dashboards and reports covering performance, risks, priorities, and actions.
• Translate complex topics into concise, decision‑oriented materials for boards and senior management.
• Coordinate cross‑functional topics across assets and stakeholders with timely information delivery.
• Monitor progress of portfolio priorities and escalate issues needing leadership attention.
