Job summary

Jasara PMC is seeking a skilled PMO reporting analyst to strengthen visibility across major programs by turning project data into decision-ready reports. You will collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to deliver executive dashboards and performance updates.

Responsibilities include preparing reporting packages, tracking milestones and risks, coordinating inputs across teams, and supporting governance meetings with timely status reports and action tracking.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Strong ability to analyze project data, risks, and milestones accurately
• Proficiency with reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Experience working in large-scale project, PMO, and infrastructure program environments
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders across complex programs and preparing reporting for senior leadership, steering committees, and governance meetings
