Job summary

Creative Chain Business (CCB) Manpower Services seeks a Senior Advisor – Asset Management to lead the development and implementation of a best-in-class asset management framework across its mining, processing, and downstream assets.

Partnering with MDO leadership, the role will establish a structured asset management function, enhance asset-level performance and value creation, and implement portfolio-wide governance, reporting, and capital allocation frameworks through hands-on,

Qualifications

15+ years in mining, metals, or industrial sectors.
Experience in asset or portfolio management and operations.
Experience in capital allocation and investment decisions.
Experience in operational performance improvement.

Responsibilities

Design and implement a comprehensive asset management framework covering governance and decision rights.
Develop standard operating procedures for asset oversight.
Create a capital allocation framework including investment prioritization and exit criteria.
Support portfolio optimization through governance, reporting, and capital deployment.
Lead implementation and build internal asset management capability.
Provide training to asset teams and leadership.
Establish Asset Review Committee (ARC) and drive value creation initiatives.
