Dr Sulaiman AlHabib Medical Centers in Oman seeks an experienced Legal Counsel to provide accurate and timely legal advice across regulatory compliance, contract management, and risk governance for HMG.

You will draft opinions, review agreements, brief management on legal implications, coordinate with external advisers, and maintain comprehensive legal logs while upholding strict confidentiality and professional ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience advising on regulatory compliance and contracts.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management on contract management and policy implications.
• Advise staff across projects on legal effects of policy proposals and regulatory changes.
• Draft legal opinions, memoranda and other briefing documents; coordinate with external counsel.
• Maintain and organize legal logs, ensure compliance with legal processes and documentation.
