Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Finance Reporting or similar.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance processes.
• Excellent data analysis and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day finance and accounting activities
• Prepare and maintain financial reports MIS and management reports
• Perform financial data analysis and identify trends variances and improvement opportunities
• Support finance process improvement and transformation initiatives
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of reporting activities
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Support reconciliations financial analysis and other accounting activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies accounting procedures and internal controls
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve finance-related issues
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy across finance processes
