Job summary

AMDC in Oman seeks a Finance Manager to oversee the full financial function, including reporting, budgeting, treasury, and internal controls. The role reports to the Acting CEO and serves as the principal financial advisor to executive leadership.

Responsibilities include preparing IFRS-compliant statements, leading annual budgets, managing cash and banking, and driving cost control with ERP oversight. A senior, technically proficient finance professional is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/ MSc Finance an advantage.
• CPA/ACCA/CMA/CA mandatory.
• 8+ years progressive finance experience, 3+ years in senior role.
• Experience in manufacturing or F&B is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per IFRS.
• Lead budgeting and multi-year financial plans; present to Board.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships; ensure timely payments.
