DMC is recruiting a Finance Manager for a construction company in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will manage full financial operations including reporting, budgeting, and compliance with VAT laws, ensuring the company's financial health and adherence to IFRS standards.

Qualified candidates will have 15–20 years of finance experience, preferably in Oman, and must hold a CA or ICWA designation. The role includes overseeing payroll, managing risks, and coordinating audits, alongside competitive salary and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of Finance and Accounts experience in construction, project-based, or engineering services companies.
• Experience with IFRS accounting standards and Oman VAT Law.
• Preferably worked in Oman and familiar with local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial management including reporting, bookkeeping, and treasury.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and maintain general ledger records.
• Manage client invoicing and payment collections accurately.
