Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (Master’s or CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Omani tax laws, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Oracle or SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure timely reporting.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and financial planning aligned with objectives.
• Monitor performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity for operations.
• Supervise accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and GL processes.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and liaise with auditors and regulators.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team for efficiency.
• Provide financial insights to support cross‑department decisions.
