Gnsbusiness in Oman is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Applicants should possess strong financial analysis skills, a degree in Finance or Accounting, and significant managerial experience. This role plays a key part in supporting business decisions and driving financial efficiency, making it critical for organizational success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Monitor cash flow and manage company financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team.
• Improve financial processes and systems for better efficiency.
