Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Monitor cash flow and manage company financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team.
