Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
• Ability to set up financial processes independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting.
• Build and implement financial processes, controls, and systems.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow analysis.
