Job summary

MENA HR Solutions LLC (IBD Group) seeks a Corporate Finance Business Partner for a 6-month contract to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management for corporate functions in Oman. The role ensures cost governance, CAPEX evaluation and a timely monthly close with strong controls.

You will use SAP, SAC, Concur and Power BI to deliver data-driven insights, drive efficiency, and support senior leadership with investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA) or MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience including budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience leading monthly close and CAPEX reviews.
• Familiarity with SAP, SAC, Concur and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts and variance analysis.
• Provide commercial and financial insight to corporate functions.
• Own OPEX governance and CAPEX validation processes.
• Oversee monthly financial close and reporting for corporate functions.
• Ensure internal controls and audit readiness.
