JD Logistics is seeking a Station Manager to lead the Saudi operations, drive performance, and expand the JoyExpress network across last‑mile delivery, customer relations, and revenue growth. The role emphasizes building strong local teams, maintaining KPIs, and ensuring compliant, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in logistics or management with 2+ years in operations management and experience leading 10+ staff.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or management.
• 2+ years in operations management with team leadership of 10+ people.
• Experience in cross-border e-commerce or Middle East market is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day station operations, including inbound/outbound shipments and last-mile delivery.
• Lead and develop station staff: supervisors, drivers, and couriers, with a focus on Saudization.
• Develop annual plans and budgets; monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with standards.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Fleet, and Customer Service for smooth operations.
• Address emergencies and ensure safety and compliance with local regulations.
