Job summary

Green Umbrella Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Planner Wind Farms & Planning Engineer to develop and maintain integrated project schedules for large-scale wind energy projects. You will baseline programmes, monitor CPM/EVM, and coordinate interfaces across EPCs, OEMs and subcontractors.

The role requires 10–15 years in project planning, 5+ years in renewables, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, and strong Primavera P6 skills with PMP/PC certifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• English proficiency B2-C1; Primavera P6 Certification strongly preferred.
• PMP and Project Controls certifications considered advantageous.
• 10-15 years of project planning experience; 5 years in renewable energy.
• Experience on utility-scale wind farms above 400 MW; EPC delivery mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and baselines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, KPI tracking.
• Coordinate interfaces between EPCs, OEMs, and subcontractors.
• Monitor CPM, EVM, look-ahead planning and recovery scheduling.
• Support lender reporting and management reviews.
• Incorporate HSE constraints into planning and sequencing.
