Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related specialization; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years total Utilities experience, with 10 years hands-on in refinery utilities.
• Experience in water desalination and boilers for steam generation.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills for Utilities performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular performance reviews of Utilities using KPIs for operability, profitability, reliability and safety.
• Develop quarterly benchmarking reports with actionable recommendations.
• Provide hands-on support for performance improvement initiatives and close gaps from benchmarks.
• Lead benchmarking workshops among Global Manufacturing facilities and drive knowledge sharing.
• Deliver remote and field technical advisory support including process design and startups/shutdowns.
• Coordinate with engineers to implement cost optimization or design modifications for Utilities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
