Saudi Aramco is seeking a Process Engineer with extensive hands-on expertise in SRU and SWS to join our Operation Engineering Solutions Department. You will monitor, optimize, and drive performance improvements for refineries’ SRU & SWS units with remote and on-site advisory support.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; 15+ years of refinery or gas-plant experience, with at least 10 years in SRU/SWS; strong data analysis and presentation skills;

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related specialization.
• Minimum of 15 years total refinery or gas plant experience, with at least 10 years in SRU/SWS.
• Proven track record in SRU/TGTU process technologies and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular performance reviews of SRU & SWS facilities and analyze KPIs related to operability, profitability, reliability, and process safety.
• Develop and present quarterly benchmarking reports with actionable recommendations.
• Provide hands-on support for performance improvements with measurable results.
• Lead benchmarking workshops among Global Manufacturing facilities and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Develop and distribute SRU & SWS best practices bulletins bi-monthly and ensure dissemination.
• Deliver remote and field advisory support including troubleshooting, startups, shutdowns, capacity tests, and pilot testing.
