Job summary

Airswift in Oman is seeking a Supply Chain Senior Specialist to lead end-to-end procurement and contract management for a major power plant project. You will drive strategic sourcing, supplier management, and logistics coordination to ensure timely, cost-effective material availability and project support.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, project execution capabilities, and leadership in a complex industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• CIPS Level 4+ qualification is desirable.
• PMP or equivalent project management qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities from requisition to purchase order issuance and contract award.
• Develop sourcing strategies for operational, maintenance, outage, and project requirements.
• Manage RFQ, RFP, and tendering processes in line with policies.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to optimize value.
• Coordinate procurement for capital projects, plant modifications, and expansions.
