You will supervise all structural construction activities, review shop drawings, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and safety standards.
The role requires 15+ years of structural construction supervision experience, strong leadership, and a track record delivering large-scale developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- 15+ years in structural construction supervision on major projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
- Experience reviewing drawings, calculations, and shop drawings.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all structural construction activities on site.
- Review shop drawings, method statements and material submissions.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
- Ensure works comply with designs, codes and project specs.
- Maintain records of inspections, NCRs, and progress reports.
- Support testing, commissioning and handover activities.
- Enforce health, safety, environmental and sustainability requirements.
