Job summary

Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Land Surveyor to join our site-based construction supervision team for the Green Riyadh Project. You will lead surveying activities, verify control points, and ensure alignments, levels and coordinates meet project drawings and standards.

Responsibilities include supervising the survey team, reviewing contractor surveys, maintaining records, and coordinating with multidisciplinary engineers while upholding HSE and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering.
• Several years in a senior or lead surveyor role on large-scale infrastructure/public realm projects.
• Strong proficiency with modern survey instruments and data processing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead site surveying and setting-out verification activities.
• Supervise and coordinate the survey team and review contractor surveys for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify control points and project datum alignment; ensure setting-out meets drawings and tolerances.
• Maintain organized digital and hard-copy survey records and as-built data.
• Coordinate survey activities with discipline engineers to support interfaces and clash avoidance.
