Job summary

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Lead Field Engineer - Electrical (Saudi National) to lead electrical engineering activities across construction sites and project facilities. You will coordinate field installation, testing, commissioning, handover, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience with strong field engineering.
• Experience leading electrical engineering and construction activities on major projects.
• Knowledge of power distribution systems, substations, transformers, switchgear, and control systems.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering activities at construction, supplier, client, and project field locations.
• Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Review drawings, calculations, submittals, and field change requests.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, codes, and client requirements.
• Prepare field reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Travel to or relocate at construction sites and client locations as required.
