Job summary

Jasara is a Saudi-based joint venture delivering program, project, and construction management services across major infrastructure and real estate initiatives. The Site Manager will lead on-site operations, coordinating contractors and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery with quality standards.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years of large-scale project leadership, and experience in project controls, QA/QC, and HSE.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale real estate and infrastructure construction projects.
• Hands-on experience with project controls, QA/QC procedures, or HSE management systems.
• Proven experience coordinating with contractors and consultants, reporting site status to senior management.
• PMP certification required.
• Business-fluent English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders across site activities
• Monitor site progress against project milestones and track performance
• Identify and resolve on-site issues and risks to maintain construction efficiency
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations and safe work practices
• Prepare site reports and communicate project status to management
• Ensure timely and efficient project delivery
