Worley is seeking a Senior Mechanical Rotating Equipment Engineer to lead design and evaluation of centrifugal compressors, turbines, pumps and related packages for a prestigious client in Oman. The role demands extensive experience in conceptual, FEED, and detailed design as well as strong knowledge of API, ASME and HI standards.

You will review vendor documents, define operating cases, coordinate with vendors and project stakeholders, and participate in HAZOP and design reviews to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in all design aspects of rotating equipment (centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors, gas turbines, centrifugal pumps, etc.).
• Experience in conceptual, FEED and detailed design is mandatory.
• Knowledge of API, ASME, HI standards, etc.
• Must have strong communications skills in English – both verbal and written.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to formulate sound recommendations.
• 15+ years’ experience in rotating equipment design for Oil & Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical industries.

Responsabilités

• Lead design work on centrifugal compressor packages for a client in Oman.
• Review vendor documents for centrifugal compressors, chillers and packages.
• Lead technical clarification meetings and coordinate issues with vendors, clients and project stakeholders.
• Participate in design reviews, HAZOP, SIL/IPF and model reviews for rotating equipment.
