Job summary

Client of Skc Management Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Road & Infra projects. The role demands independent site leadership, strict schedule adherence, and close coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has civil engineering credentials and at least 18 years of overall experience, with the last 5 in large road and bridge developments; Oman experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Engineering Graduate in Civil with extensive project exposure.
• Minimum 18 years of experience; last 5 years on large road/bridge projects.
• Oman experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle project independently and ensure alignment with schedule.
• Implement project per specifications and management plan.
• Liaise with Client representatives and Consultants for approvals.
• Liaise with Subcontractors and Local Authorities as required.
• Monitor resources, materials, manpower, and equipment on site.
• Oversee day-to-day site management and subcontractor works.
• Ensure QA/QC and implementation of work schedules.
• Monitor HSE program adherence on site.
• Attend project review meetings with Consultants.
• Review subcontractor payment applications.
