Client of Skc Management Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Road & Infra projects. The role demands independent site leadership, strict schedule adherence, and close coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has civil engineering credentials and at least 18 years of overall experience, with the last 5 in large road and bridge developments; Oman experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Engineering Graduate in Civil with extensive project exposure.
• Minimum 18 years of experience; last 5 years on large road/bridge projects.
• Oman experience is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Handle project independently and ensure alignment with schedule.
• Implement project per specifications and management plan.
• Liaise with Client representatives and Consultants for approvals.
• Liaise with Subcontractors and Local Authorities as required.
• Monitor resources, materials, manpower, and equipment on site.
• Oversee day-to-day site management and subcontractor works.
• Ensure QA/QC and implementation of work schedules.
• Monitor HSE program adherence on site.
• Attend project review meetings with Consultants.
• Review subcontractor payment applications.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle Project independently
• Implement the project in accordance with the project schedule
• project specifications and project management plan
• Liaise with Client representatives Consultants for work approvals
• Liaise with Subcontractors and Local Authorities
• Construction scheduling monitoring and requisition for resources materials manpower and plant amp equipment
• Day-to-day management of the site including supervising and allocation of resources and the works of any subcontractors
• Quality Assurance and Quality Control Ensure implementation of work schedules
• Monitor HSE program on site
• Liaise with project Consultants and their representatives and attend regular project review meetings
• Review of subcontractor applications for payment
