The ideal candidate has 10+ years in quantity surveying, a Mechanical Engineering Diploma/Degree, and proven ability to coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and project teams on complex industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying and related project activities.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical, or LNG projects.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quantity measurements, estimates, and commercial documentation.
• Conduct quantity surveying for mechanical works within major industrial projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documentation to determine quantities.
• Monitor project quantities, variations, and related cost information.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and project teams on quantity-related matters.
• Support preparation and verification of quantity take-offs and project valuations.
• Review contractor/subcontractor quantity submissions against project requirements.
• Maintain accurate quantity and project records throughout the project lifecycle.
