Worley is seeking an experienced Project Planner to lead planning across the full project lifecycle for oil & gas, energy, and infrastructure initiatives. You will develop integrated schedules, monitor progress, and present recovery plans with a focus on CPM methods and EVM alignment.

From a base in a multidisciplinary environment, you will mentor Planning Engineers, coordinate with cost, risk, and engineering teams, and ensure schedules meet contractual objectives and best practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Project Planning within relevant sectors.
• 4+ years in a lead role mentoring Planning Engineers.
• 5+ years Brownfield planning and project delivery experience.
• Experience with EPCM projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of planning controls, schedules, and CPM.

Responsabilidades

• Provide planning services across the full project lifecycle from concept to operation.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules to support delivery.
• Deliver schedule analyses, progress reporting, and forecast outcomes.
• Identify schedule risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate planning with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Lead and mentor Planning Engineers and liaise with stakeholders.
