Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager with an Electrical Engineering background to lead large-scale projects in Oman. The role requires 10–15 years total experience, with at least 5+ years in project management and a minimum 5+ years in OHTL and UGC sectors.

The incumbent will manage contracts, schedules, risks, and budgets, while ensuring quality, safety, and stakeholder coordination across clients, consultants, subcontractors and service providers.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years total experience
• At least 5+ years in Project Management
• At least 5+ years in OHTL & UGC

Responsibilities

• Executes projects on time, on budget, within contractual scope profitably by meeting or exceeding relevant KPIs
• Manages project contract, scope, project risks and opportunities
• Manages the project's budget, updating and following through detailed cash flow plan within guidelines set forward by the management and finance department; adjusting project activities and resource allocation accordingly; employing solutions with optimal cost/benefit ratio
• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems
• Manages project resource allocation
• Provides direction and support to project team
• Assures proper quality and quality control as well as meeting required environmental, health and safety standards
• Coordinates client(s), consultants, subcontractors and service providers efficiently and effectively.

Education

Bachelor / Masters Degree in Electrical Engineer
