Job summary

Oman Refinery seeks a Senior Engineer Projects to lead end-to-end well hook-up and associated off-plot facilities from engineering through handover. You will coordinate interfaces among operations, drilling, asset integrity, and construction teams, ensuring safety, quality and schedule commitments are met.

The role requires deep engineering knowledge, robust project controls, and delivery discipline across concept, detailed design, procurement and commissioning, with leadership in risk

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in project execution across concept, detailed engineering, construction and commissioning phases.
• Proven track record in multidisciplinary project teams and interface management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of well hook-up and associated projects.
• Coordinate interfaces among operations, drilling, asset integrity, engineering, construction, procurement, QA/QC, HSSE and authorities.
• Develop baselines, schedules, budgets, and risk registers; monitor progress and drive corrective actions.
