Job summary

Confidential Company seeks a Delivery Director to lead a flagship Five-Star Hotel project in Oman, steering client-side delivery from design to handover while coordinating with PMC, consultants, contractors and the hotel operator.

The role demands 15+ years in delivery/project management for luxury hospitality, with a proven track record on at least two Five-Star hotels. A Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field is required; PMP/MRICS/CIOB qualifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience including client-side delivery/project management exposure.
• Proven delivery of at least two completed Five-Star Hotels or luxury hospitality projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as PMP, MRICS, CIOB or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Five-Star Hotel project from design development through construction commissioning and final handover.
• Develop and implement the overall project delivery strategy aligned with client objectives, scope, budget, programme and opening date.
• Act as the client’s senior delivery representative coordinating among PMC, design consultant, contractor, hotel operator and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Architecture, Structural, MEP, Interior Design, FF&E, OS&E, and hotel systems.
• Monitor programme, manage scope, mitigate risks, and ensure quality and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and completion handover to ensure operational readiness for hotel opening.
