Job summary

Jabal Asset Management seeks an experienced Senior Investment Fund Operations to support end-to-end administration and accounting of investment funds including mutual funds, private equity, and venture capital.

The role covers NAV supervision, fund accounting, cash management, subscriptions, redemptions, regulatory disclosures, and coordination with auditors and custodians within Oman’s capital-market framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience spanning fund operation and capital markets.
• Strong numerical and reporting skills.
• Exposure to AML/CFT policies and market regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and administer new fund structures, coordinating with regulators and stakeholders.
• Oversee NAV calculation and fund accounting to ensure IFRS compliance.
• Manage cash, bank reconciliations, subscriptions and redemptions.
• Coordinate audits, custody liaison, and regulatory disclosures.
• Ensure MSX filings and daily fund operations are accurate and timely.
• Respond to investor inquiries and maintain unitholder records.
