Job summary

Namasys Analytics in Muscat is seeking a senior Oracle Hyperion Planning expert to own and optimize budgeting, forecasting, and reporting within the Maliyah platform. You will ensure system stability, user adoption, and continuous improvement of financial planning processes.

The role involves designing and configuring Hyperion Planning applications, managing EPMA metadata, and delivering advanced budgeting reports using FR and EPRCS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years hands‑on Hyperion Planning experience in complex environments.
• Strong expertise in Hyperion Planning, EPMA, Essbase, FR/EPRCS and FDMEE/Data Management.
• Ability to translate business/financial requirements into Hyperion solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with finance and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and support Hyperion Planning during post‑implementation, ensuring stability and adoption.
• Lead budgeting, execution, forecasting, receipts, and cash planning activities.
• Design, configure, and maintain planning applications, models, rules, workflows, and security.
• Manage EPMA application design and metadata to support planning needs.
• Develop budgeting and management reports using FR and EPRCS.
• Work with Hyperion Essbase to support multidimensional model design and optimization.
• Coordinate with FDMEE/Data Management for data loads, mappings and reconciliations.
• Provide end‑user support, troubleshooting and guidance to finance teams.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions to strengthen capabilities.
