Job summary

Namasys Analytics is seeking an experienced Oracle OBIEE Expert to support, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and Analytics Data Warehouse integrations for a large-scale national Public Financial Management (PFM) system programme in Oman.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of OBIEE experience, strong design and development skills, and a deep understanding of RPD modelling across Physical, BMM, and Presentation layers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of OBIEE experience.
• Hands-on OBIEE design, development, delivery and maintenance.
• Strong expertise in RPD modelling across Physical, BMM and Presentation layers.
• Experience with repository-level security, variables and initialization blocks.
• Knowledge of aggregates, hierarchies, cache management and scheduler configuration.
• Experience in environment installation, configuration, performance tuning and repository best practices.
• Ability to develop front-end, metadata and ETL specs to support business reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, maintain, and troubleshoot OBIEE reports and dashboards.
• Support Oracle Analytics Server and resolve production issues.
• Troubleshoot Analytics Data Warehouse integration issues from multiple data sources.
• Provide escalation support to the primary Maliyah support team.
• Identify root causes, implement fixes, and migrate solutions to production.
• Establish reporting standards and best practices for data consistency.
• Maintain issue logs and prepare technical documentation. Support and maintain Production and Non-Production environments.
