Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Senior Enterprise Consultant to lead the architecture, modernization, and deployment of large-scale Microsoft infrastructure environments in Riyadh. You will design, implement, migrate, and optimize enterprise identity and messaging platforms, ensuring secure, resilient solutions with minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Active Directory and Exchange modernization programs in large enterprises.
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and migrating hybrid Microsoft infrastructures including Microsoft 365 and multi-datacenter environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, ADFS, Exchange Server and modern identity technologies (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
• Experience integrating Microsoft platforms with enterprise tech such as F5, Infoblox, SailPoint, secure email gateways, backup and DLP solutions.
• Proven leader with expertise in modernization, security hardening, performance optimization, capacity planning, risk governance.
• Advanced PowerShell automation and producing enterprise-grade documentation (HLDs/LLDs/runbooks).

Responsibilities

• Lead AD and Exchange modernization initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Design, implement, and migrate hybrid Microsoft infrastructures (365, identity, messaging, multi-datacenter).
• Architect high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Provide SME on Microsoft identity, messaging, authentication, and security.
• Collaborate with customers, project teams, and vendors to ensure delivery.
• Drive security hardening and governance across environments.
• Develop PowerShell automation and maintain migration/operational docs.
