Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Senior Enterprise Consultant to lead the architecture, modernization, and deployment of large-scale Microsoft infrastructure environments in Riyadh. You will design, implement, migrate, and optimize enterprise identity and messaging platforms, ensuring secure, resilient solutions with minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Active Directory and Exchange modernization programs in large enterprises.
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and migrating hybrid Microsoft infrastructures including Microsoft 365 and multi-datacenter environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, ADFS, Exchange Server and modern identity technologies (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
• Experience integrating Microsoft platforms with enterprise tech such as F5, Infoblox, SailPoint, secure email gateways, backup and DLP solutions.
• Proven leader with expertise in modernization, security hardening, performance optimization, capacity planning, risk governance.
• Advanced PowerShell automation and producing enterprise-grade documentation (HLDs/LLDs/runbooks).

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Consultant to join our team and lead the architecture, modernization, and deployment of large-scale Microsoft infrastructure environments. In this role, you will design, implement, migrate, and optimize enterprise identity and messaging platforms, ensuring secure, resilient, and highly available solutions with minimal business disruption. Working closely with customers, project teams, Microsoft, and third-party vendors, you will drive infrastructure transformation initiatives and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives and Microsoft best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Active Directory and Exchange modernization initiatives, including the upgrade and migration of legacy Microsoft platforms in complex enterprise environments
• Design, implement, and migrate hybrid Microsoft infrastructure solutions, including Microsoft 365, identity, messaging, and multi-datacenter platforms
• Architect and optimize high-availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise on Microsoft identity, messaging, authentication, and security technologies
• Collaborate with customers, project teams, Microsoft, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery
• Drive security hardening, performance optimization, governance, and risk management activities across enterprise environments
• Develop PowerShell automation, support migration and operational activities, and maintain architecture, migration, and operational documentation

Job Requirements

• Extensive experience leading Active Directory and Exchange modernization programs in enterprise environments supporting 100,000+ users
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and migrating hybrid Microsoft infrastructures, including Microsoft 365, multi-datacenter environments, high-availability solutions, and disaster recovery architectures
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, ADFS, Exchange Server, and modern identity and authentication technologies (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect)
• Experience integrating Microsoft platforms with enterprise technologies such as F5, Infoblox, SailPoint, secure email gateways, backup, and DLP solutions
• Proven technical leader and consultant with expertise in infrastructure modernization, security hardening, performance optimization, capacity planning, risk management, and technical governance
• Advanced PowerShell automation skills and experience producing enterprise-grade documentation, including HLDs, LLDs, migration runbooks, test plans, and as-built documentation
