Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the IT field.
• Experience with Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange Server, Enterprise Backup Solutions and Linux administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including users, groups, and OUs; implement GPOs and plan migrations.
• Install, configure, and manage Exchange Server; monitor mail flow and security policies.
• Deploy and manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, AHV, OLVM) and ensure VM backups.
• Install and maintain Linux servers; manage services, patches, and security.
• Configure and manage backup solutions (Veeam, RMAN); test recoveries and DR readiness.
• Manage storage (SAN/NAS/iSCSI/VSAN) and RAID configurations; monitor capacity.
• Deploy monitoring and reporting; analyze logs and performance trends.
