Job summary

Imi Ksa is seeking a Mechanical Asset Inspection Lead to collaborate with authorized inspection contractors for certifying equipment to industry standards. The role focuses on evaluating mechanical systems for safety, reliability, and compliance, and on recommending corrective actions.

You will participate in field inspections, develop inspection plans, and drive KPI-based performance across Ras Al Khair assets, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent is required.
• 6–9 years of experience in mechanical inspection or related field.
• Certification in API accreditations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Mechanical Inspection Contractors and interpret inspection reports.
• Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions for approvals.
• Participate in field mechanical inspections and certification scheduling.
• Implement inspection strategies, standards, and plans with feedback to leadership.
• Establish KPIs for Asset Inspection to track the process effectively.
• Review equipment performance against KPI targets across facilities.
• Oversee mechanical asset inspections with contractors at sites.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to plan inspections and avoid delays.
