Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in credit risk, audit or financial analysis.
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of Loan Review Mechanism activities and reviews.
• Allocate assignments based on portfolio risk and team capacity.
• Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare loan review reports with findings and observations.
• Support Head of LRM in reporting and escalation processes.
