Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in card operations including reconciliation, settlement and dispute resolution.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Plan operational capacity, staffing and workload to meet service standards.
• Oversee card issuance, replacement, renewal, upgrade/downgrade and activation activities.
• Manage card embossing, dispatch and inventory controls for secure handling.
• Oversee card settlement, reconciliation and dispute/chargeback handling.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, CBO rules and card scheme requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and support card service delivery.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics and service levels.
