Job summary

Business Umbrella is seeking an IT Lead to coordinate the information technology function, ensuring secure, reliable services and continuous improvement across infrastructure, help desk, networks, servers, and business applications. You will drive SAP HANA administration, cybersecurity practices, and vendor relationships while aligning IT with business objectives.

The role requires setting policy, leading incident response, managing data backups, and maintaining disaster recovery and business

Qualifications

10–12 years of progressive IT experience.
3–5 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
Hands-on experience with SAP HANA administration and enterprise application support.
Experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendor management, and Disaster Recovery planning.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily IT operations, ensuring availability and performance of IT services.
Manage Help Desk activities and ensure timely resolution of user incidents and service requests.
Oversee network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, routers, wireless systems, and internet connectivity.
Manage all server infrastructure, server room facilities, storage systems, and virtualization platforms.
Ensure effective administration of computers, laptops, printers, and end-user devices.
Coordinate and monitor data backup activities and ensure successful recovery testing.
Develop, maintain, and test Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans.
