Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
• Advanced certifications such as VMware, MCSA, AWS, Azure, Veeam, or equivalent desirable.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure operations or managed services environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 infrastructure support across servers, storage, and virtualization.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure incidents with structured methods.
• Coordinate with CCOE for escalation to L3 engineering.
• Maintain monitoring, alerting, and health-check processes.
• Participate in changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Assist with backup, restore testing, and DR readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for resolution.
• Document configurations, procedures, incidents, and learnings.
• Mentor Junior Infrastructure Specialists and support governance.
