Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior ICT Engineer to join our team at NEOM and provide technical leadership for ICT systems during completion, commissioning, handover, and close-out of a major water infrastructure project.

You will lead ICT completion and handover activities, working closely with contractors, commissioning teams, operations representatives, and client stakeholders to ensure ICT systems are installed, tested, integrated, documented, and handed over in line with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Senior ICT Engineer with leadership experience in ICT systems.
• Experience in commissioning, handover, and close-out of large projects.
• Strong coordination with contractors and client stakeholders.

Lead the ICT completion and handover activities for a major water infrastructure project entering its final delivery phase. Working closely with contractors, commissioning teams, operations representatives, and client stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring all ICT systems are installed, tested, integrated, documented, and handed over in accordance with project requirements. This role will focus on commissioning support, system integration, operational readiness, defect resolution, asset documentation, and the successful transition of ICT infrastructure to the operations team.
